Your Satisfaction Is Our Highest Priority
At Diamond Importers Direct your satisfaction is our highest priority. You can shop with confidence knowing that if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept your Jewelry return or exchange for 14 calendar days from the original purchase date, unless otherwise noted. Diamond purchases may be returned or exchanged for 7 calendar days from the original purchase date, unless otherwise noted. No refunds or exchanges on special order, made to order, close-out, or custom made items, or whenever noted on a quote and/or invoice.
Upon proper receipt of your return, the item will be reviewed and inspected. Prior to placing your order, please keep in mind that all returned merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking fee. Any item showing signs of wear or those which have been damaged, engraved, sized or otherwise altered in anyway cannot be accepted. These items are ineligible for refund or exchange.
Preparing Your Return
To return an item to Diamond Importers Direct please follow these simple steps:
1. Call Customer Service at 888.88.MYGEM (888-886-9436) to obtain your Return Authorization Code and complete instructions.
2. Property package your return. Your original item(s) must be returned as purchased, including all packaging and materials delivered to you, along with a copy of your original sales receipt. Your Return Authorization Code must be printed in large letters on the outside of your package.
3. Insure your package. If your original purchase price was less than $500 you may ship it via FedEx, UPS, or USPS. Be sure to ship your merchandise insured with an adult signature required. If the purchase price of the item you are returning is over $500 ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail. The package must be insured for the full value of its contents and an adult signature must be required.
Diamond Importers Direct is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged Diamonds and Jewelry. This also applies to return shipments. Failure to follow the return policy procedures in the time allowed will prevent processing of your return. Returns without a Return Authorization Code, improperly packaged or uninsured items will be refused. Canceling an Order Prior To Dispatch
